AI generated ? Filtered ? Real but stolen photo ? Always Fact Check ! (Answer at the Bottom)

If the face appears too flawless to be real, you should search for imperfections such as fingers, ears, shadows, or hair to identify signs of AI generation.

  • Reverse Image Search: 🔍: Use Google Images to check if the photo appears elsewhere online, indicating potential misuse.

  • Check for Heavy Filter💋: A powerful filter has the ability to alter a person's appearance, making them appear younger, older, or even changing their gender!!

  • Ask for Real-Time Photos 🤳: Request a current photo or a video call to confirm their identity. (these can be fake too so be cautious !)

  • Be Skeptical of Overly Promising Profiles : If the profile seems too perfect, it might be too good to be true.

  • Look for Generic Responses 📝: Watch out for vague or non-personalized messages that could be sent to anyone. (e.g. Good morning / I’m attracted to you / I miss you / You look pretty ! )

  • Be Cautious with Personal Information 🛡️: NEVER share sensitive personal or financial information. (Information includes Legal Name / physical address / phone number / birthday / work address / bank account )

Fake Obama can become Fake Anyone at minimal cost or even for free. 🤖 The ease of access to this technology means creating a fake profile has never been easier! 💡 Be vigilant, even if you've spoken to a stranger through video calls. 🎥🚨

Fact Check on all Social Media

This applies to all social media platforms. Always practice "fact-checking" before accepting a friend request, or💸 paying for any products and services.

Here’s a famous incident called Rug Pull during the 2021 NFT hype when thousands of people paid thousands of dollars to purchase NFTs from 🎭unknown” accounts on social media only to find them disappeared.💨.

Set peace of mind as your highest goal, and organize your life around it.

🗞Fake News Check

😡Fake News

Fake news refers to misinformation or disinformation spread through various media channels, particularly on social media, where it's often presented as credible news. It's designed to deceive, manipulate public perception, or profit at the expense of truth. 🗞️💬🛑

Fake news regarding politics, climate change, and health is especially critical. 🌍🏛️🩺

Sometimes, these topics are controversial, making it challenging for everyday people to discern what's real from what's fake. 🤔🔄 Here are some basic guidelines :

  1. Verify the Source ℹ️ : Check the credibility of the publication or website. Reputable sources often have established editorial standards and transparent correction policies.

  2. Cross-Check Information⚔️ : Look for the same news on other well-known news websites, especially those with a strong fact-checking record.

  3. Examine the Evidence🔎 : Genuine news stories typically include quotes from multiple sources, as well as data and statistics from reliable agencies.

  4. Check the Date and Author📆 : Sometimes, outdated news stories or articles without a clear author can be misleading.

  5. Beware of Sensationalism😭 : Headlines and photos that seem overly sensational or emotional may be crafted to provoke outrage or clicks rather than inform.

🙅🏽 Junk Feeds

Junk Feed are generated in a large volume designed primarily to attract traffic🚦. They may use #hashtag of well known💃🏽🕺 celebrities to trick the social media algorithm to create traffic.

Below is typical kind of celebrities hashtag put under a totally unrelated AI-generated photo or content :

While it may seem harmless, junk feed is 😈 deliberately crafted not only to captivate our attention but also to💸 profit from it. By passively consuming such content, we inadvertently support these businesses. 🚫💡

Here's what we can do to counteract this:

  • Be Selective with Engagement 💡: Actively choose what to click on, share, or like. This conscious selection helps discourage the proliferation of low-quality content.

  • Unfollow and Block⛔️  : Unfollow pages or profiles that frequently post low-quality content or seem to be automated bots.

  • Adjust Privacy Settings 🔒: Tighten your privacy settings to limit how much of your data is collected and used for targeted advertising.

  • Educate Yourself and Others 📚: Understand the mechanisms behind content algorithms and share this knowledge to promote awareness.

  • Support Quality Journalism 📰: Subscribe to and engage with reputable news sources and publications that invest in credible journalism.

By taking these steps, we can help reduce the impact and spread of junk feed, shifting our support to content that adds value to our lives and society. 🌱
